Sacred Heart Elixir Juice

I was reading an article on the poet Rumi and how he saw "unhappy love" stories as a good thing. That although these terribly powerful relationships end up extremely hurtful, you have the ability to not only learn, but actually grow into something even more spectacular than you could ever imagine. When someone breaks you down to your core, you're forced to look at all of you. The good, the bad, the hidden. It's all exposed. And in that potentionally life altering moment, you have a choice to choose to grow and vibrate to a higher consciousness.

Some people choose to strip down to a core of selfishness and self centeredness. It's beyond me to choose anything but to try to be a good, genuine person and evolve to a higher plane. Within the last couple years, I have become more aware of the ability to attract sometimes some really awful souls. It could be a mirror to what is going on inside, or that these dark souls are attracted to the light. What I do know, is we all have constant choices and these souls can only meet you as far as they've met themselves. And that alone is proof, that you can't be upset when someone treats you in a disrespectful manner. That although, it showcases their complete lack of their personal evolution, they had the same choices as you have, but they chose the dark.

Life is what you make of it and we all have the ability to improve ourselves in some way. You can be part of the sea of sadness and despair, or you can be a beacon of light and hope in a world where we are truly all connected. Choose well.

I have been super busy with loads of gigs in the attempt to make ends meet, while I was on summer break. During this time, I was granted with a spectacular career change opportunity and I have taken it. I look forward to this new adventure and welcome all the abundance that will come from it. The hours of this will be a bit different than what I'm used to, so I will have to start meal planning and juicing for the week. I'm sure my neighbors wouldn't be pleased to hear my juicer going off at 4am. So, I will have to plan a little bit more. Each week, I hope to try a new juice recipe and attempt to keep it interesting. This week, it's Sacred Heart elixir. To celebrate the finish of my tattoo, that was fucking brutal. Nothing wakes you up, more than tattooing on pure bone and your heart center.
